RETURN POLICY
In accordance with global retail industry standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of skin care cosmetics and nutritional supplements unless they are damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered.
If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly delivered order for a refund or to exchange certain products, you must notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and return the products in question as soon as possible in the same condition as delivered, in their original packaging and with a copy of the relevant receipt.
If you wish to return your order or exchange certain products, we will initiate a refund to your payment card upon receipt of the returned/exchanged products. To exchange the product, you must write an email to info@supnetik.de, describe the problem and send photos of the damaged product and a photo of the receipt.
After returning your full order, shipping costs will be fully refunded. If you partially return your order, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Any payments we make by prepaid credit card, debit card or cash will be refunded to your payment card.
